Let us do your brazing! We specialize in induction brazing.
There are more things to brazing than meet the eye. After over 60 years of brazing, we know about the things that make a difference. If you have tools designed with hardened alloy inserts, send them to us. We can braze the inserts into your substrates for you. We can even supply the inserts!
We braze parts as small as 1″ diameter, or up to 60″ long. As they cool off, long parts bend from thermal distortion. We use high-tonnage hydraulic presses to straighten the brazed parts. If necessary, we can perform “after braze” finish-grinding and machining. We have full machining capabilities.
